Many people relate tropical to summer, not me! When I see beautiful fruits like strawberries and mangoes pop up all over the supermarket, I tend to use them to make a refreshing salsa! This Spring, I think I’m going to upgrade from a fruit-based salsa to something fancier and still tropical — Ceviche!
